Origin Story

The first 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizza restaurant was opened in 2014 by Brian Petruzzi. His family comes from Naples, Italy. And so, growing up, Brian was used to eating authentic Neapolitan pies.

This is exactly what he wanted to offer to his customers, but with an interesting twist. See, here in America, we're used to fresh food that is served fast. And we also like to customize it to our taste. So, our whole concept is to make true Neapolitan pizza but give you the option to "play" with it.

In order to do that, we have obtained special ovens that bake our pies very quickly. Plus, we only use the highest-quality ingredients as required for an original Neapolitan pie. This includes 00 flour for our hand-stretched dough, Grande cheese, Burt's Farms meats, and more.

We also cook the center of the pizza so that you can still hold your slice even if it's "heavier" with toppings. Oh, and, we often get comments like - "I don't usually eat the crust, but I love yours."

What makes eating at our pizzeria so awesome is not just the food itself but the whole experience that comes with it. You get to see your pizza cooked right in front of you and it only takes 2 minutes!

Furthermore, we make things interactive by allowing you to ask for more or fewer toppings. That way, you're truly involved in the cooking process. And you'll get exactly what you want out of your pizza.

Pizza Culture

Let's take a look at our varied selection of mouthwatering pies. For a start, you can create yours and pick all the toppings you like. As mentioned earlier, we use ingredients that are of extremely high quality. And you can place as many as you want on your pizza.

In addition, of course, we have a number of classic Neapolitan combinations. You can get a Margherita, Quattro Formaggio, Buffalo Chicken, and New York-style pie, to name a few.

Or how about our Smokey Pollo pizza? We make it with smokey bourbon barbecue sauce, mozzarella, blue cheese, grilled chicken, pineapple, and others.

And we definitely have to mention our very popular Bacon Mac & Cheese pie. This one is a combination of macaroni in a creamy cheddar sauce, shredded mozzarella, and bacon.

What's more, most of our pizzas are available in a Roman and/or gluten-free version. So, head to our menu and feel free to make your choice from there.

The Menu

In the mood for something other than pizza? Sure thing, we got some great-tasting dishes to offer. This includes our fresh salads which are a great way to start your meal. You can go for our Caprese, Greek, or BBQ Chicken Ranch salad, to give some examples.
