Origin Story

The story of Bill's Pizza & Pub goes back to 1957 when Bill and his wife Pat opened their first restaurant.

Even though the first location was built in a former garage, Bill's pizza skills were enormous and far-reaching. In fact, by using his unique recipe, Bill made some huge pizza innovations such as the famous double-decker pie.

Bill served as a mentor figure to many pizza makers of the time. And over the years, our business has become very successful. In our neighborhood, we're synonymous with quality pizza, and today, the business is still run by the family.

Pizza Culture

There are a number of flavorsome pies on the Bill's Pizza & Pub menu. These are all homemade, and our dough and ingredients are always fresh. This includes our locally sourced and certified Wisconsin cheese, with absolutely no added hormones.

For a start, you can try our classic cheese pizza or even create yours with the toppings you prefer. Plus, you can pick between a thin-crust, double-decker, or gluten-free version. And the same goes for most of our other pies. On that note, a double-decker pizza consists of two thin-crust ones that are layered on top of each other. And they form a hand-rolled crust.

Anyhow, let's take a look at some of the other interesting combinations that we offer. One great example is our Bill's Special with sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and mozzarella. Or how about our Northsider pie? We make it with Italian beef & sausage, mushrooms, red onions, giardiniera, and mozzarella.

Of course, we also got all the classics such as our Veggie, Meat Lover's, Hawaiian, and Margherita. And our Four Cheese pizza is definitely worth mentioning as well.

The Menu

But hey, we're more than just a pizza place! Hence, our appetizers and salads are a great way to start your meal. As for specific items, you can try our box of wings, bacon cheddar fries, garlic bread, Caesar salad, Greek salad, and others.

In addition, we serve a number of tasty burgers and sandwiches. These could be a nice substitute for pizza and include our Little Italy burger, grilled cheese sandwich, chili dog & fries, and more.
