Origin Story

The original Brickhouse Pizza restaurant was opened in 1996 by Harry Brown. He named it after his son Michael, who was known as "Brickhouse." This was due to his skills in football where he played the position of defensive tackle.

Harry was dedicated to providing the customers only with high-quality homemade food. This would mean no frozen ingredients and making everything in-house. Of course, when the business was handed over to Michael, these high standards didn't change.

And so, for over two decades, we have continued to be a reliable source for outstanding food and service to all hungry locals. There is a variety of delicious dishes on our menu, and every time you order - you get the same level of quality.

We really enjoy doing our work and seeing our customers happy is the best reward we could get.

Pizza Culture

As mentioned earlier, we only use the freshest ingredients available, and this ensures that our pizzas taste amazing. They come with a crunchy crust and are very reach in toppings. See, we never cut corners when it comes to the quality of our food. So, each pie that comes out of our oven is done the right way.

We offer more than 40 mouthwatering pizzas on our menu, which gives you a lot of options to choose from. For a start, you can try our flavorsome cheese pie, or even create yours and select the toppings you prefer.

Next, we have some other classic choices such as our scrumptious Margherita, pepperoni, Meatlovers, veggie, Hawaiian, BBQ chicken, and Buffalo chicken pizza, to name a few. Or you can indulge yourself in something like our Supreme pie. This one comes with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions.
