Origin Story

The original Chicho's Pizza restaurant was opened way back in 1968. It was located on Atlantic Avenue, and the owners were two guys who had worked as lifeguards in Virginia Beach.

Their goal was to bake pizzas by only using the freshest ingredients possible. This idea proved to be a huge success and many customers would line up to grab a slice. What was so enticing is you could see the pizzas being made, and the scent would allure you from the window.

Soon enough, Chicho's Pizza came out with a pizza plus beer combo which became very popular. Even musicians who held concerns nearby would come through to grab some. This also added to the acclaim of our pizzeria.

Today, we have multiple locations in Virginia, and we joyfully invite you to join us for lunch or dinner at any time. We still adhere to our original principles, and our pizza slices are as fresh as ever. As for more details on our menu, just keep reading below.

Pizza Culture

There are a number of flavorsome pies on the Chicho's Pizza menu. For a start, you can get our hand-tossed or thin-crust cheese one, or even create yours with the toppings you prefer.

But we also serve a number of specialty combinations. One great example is our Classic Supreme pizza. We make it with pepperoni, sliced sausage, green peppers, onions, and mushrooms.

Another fantastic choice is our All The Way pie. It comes with lots of ingredients including ham, bacon, beef, red, green & banana peppers, onions, and more. And the same goes for our Carolina BBQ pizza. This one features a garlic & herb base, pulled pork BBQ, onions, shredded mozzarella, and other yummy toppings.

Of course, we also got all the classics such as our Margherita, Chicken, Hawaiian, Mighty Meat pie, and then some. In other words, no matter what your pizza taste is, we have something for everyone.

The Menu

In addition, our menu features plenty of other delicious dishes. Thus, you can start your meal with our appetizers and salads. Specific items include our mozzarella sticks, garlic knots, cheesy bread, loaded fries, Caesar salad, Greek salad, etc.

Next, we offer an excellent selection of wings, sandwiches, and wraps. You can grab our Cho's famous wings, All American burger, BBQ sandwich, and Philly Cheese hoagie, to name a few.

What's more, we provide an awesome kid's menu suitable for the needs of our youngest customers. You can treat them to some mac and cheese, popcorn chicken, or perhaps chicken quesadilla.
