Dolly, the daughter of Italian immigrants grew up working in her family’s restaurant. In 1966, a local tavern desired to have freshly baked pizzas for their patrons so Dolly rented space in the back room and made her first Dolly’s Pizza. Sales soon grew and allowed her to properly take care of her children and put herself through college. Her youngest child Robert was watching, learning and planning for the future. Robert grew up and made a career of the pizza business. He opened more stores, began franchising and was even awarded “Best Pizza in Michigan” by the Michigan Restaurant Association. His goal is to share his knowledge, experience, and expertise with other entrepreneurs seeking an exciting business opportunity.
