Origin Story

The first Falbo Bros Pizza location was opened on August 1, 1992. And this was in Madison, Wisconsin.

The owners were two students who went to the University of Wisconsin. They wanted to open their own pizza place in order to serve pies that were up to their high standards. Of course, this would greatly benefit their future customers as well.

And how would they achieve this? Well, a lot of focus was put on the quality of the ingredients, but also on their cooking equipment and pizza-making approach. This simple formula worked very well and soon, many pizza lovers in Wisconsin became regular customers at Falbo Bros Pizza.

In fact, the demand started to grow bigger, and so our business spread to other areas as well with the opening of new locations across Wisconsin and Iowa.

Pizza Culture

As mentioned earlier, we only use the freshest ingredients to make all our pies. As for our pizza-making method, we have stone deck ovens and our sauce and dough are made freshly every day. We also use our own unique recipes, and we prepare the toppings by hand.

Our menu features a huge selection of mouthwatering pizzas, and we do mean - huge. For a start, you can try some of our regular options such as our thin-crust cheese pie, or even create yours and pick the toppings you like.

In addition, we serve a number of thin-crust specialty pizzas. These include our scrumptious bacon-cheeseburger, veggie, BBQ chicken, and Margarita pie, to name just a few. Also, you can check our thin-crust premium pies like our MVP thin-crust pizza with roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, banana peppers, and more.

Furthermore, we offer the aforementioned pizzas in other versions, too. Meaning, it's not just thin-crust pies, but also deep-dish and stuffed varieties. And this goes for both our specialty and premium options. Hence, you can get our Hawaiian Punch, Buffalo chicken, 4 cheese, or any other of our pizzas as a thin-crust, deep-dish, or stuffed pie.

The Menu

Besides our flavorful pizzas, our menu also features numerous tasty food items.

So, for example, you can start off your meal with one of our appetizers or salads. The former include our eggplant strips, wings, chicken tenders, and then some. As for the latter, you can try our House, Greek, or Chicken Caesar salad, to give some suggestions.

Additionally, we serve some other awesome snacks such as our selection of bread and stix. Thus, you can try our garlic bread or perhaps our bacon cheese sticks. These are a great option to pair with your meal or share with a friend.

Next, we have to mention our flatbread and hot sub sandwiches. These come with a side of kettle chips and are served on a homemade flatbread or 8" hoagie respectively.

In the mood for pasta? No problem, we got some outstanding pasta dishes i.e. our spaghetti, tortellini, baked rigatoni, gnocchi, and lasagna. And you can have most of these with a different type of sauce.

Last but not least, we recommend trying our toothsome desserts such as our cannoli or strawberry cheesecake. Oh, and we also provide an excellent kid's menu suitable for the appetite of our youngest customers.
