Origin Story

The year? 1993. The place? Prospect, CT.

Opened by the father of the Pacuku family, Hometown Pizza was a single location with a big dream. Dedicated to serving only the best food their kitchen can produce, Hometown Pizza started out small but grew into a chain known and respected for its hard work and exquisite tastes.

All the sons in the Pacuku family worked in the pizzeria when they were younger. Now, many of them manage their own locations throughout the US. The ones that don't still help around and plan on opening a Hometown Pizza of their own, continuing the chain's legacy.

For almost 30 years, Hometown Pizza has been a community favorite wherever it decided to set up shop. During the pandemic, the chain helped out big time, delivering delicious pies to schools, fire departments, hospitals, and police stations. This truly speaks of Hometown Pizza's dedication to its community and its wish to give back.

In 2022, Hometown Pizza received a recognition diploma from the state of Connecticut for its work, support, and spirit during hard times.
