Origin Story

It was 1974 and Eugene Jetts was on his way to buy a new home. However, there was something in the back of his mind, a passion, that he couldn't quite shake off. Instead of buying that home, he went and signed a lease to a shop that would soon become the first-ever Jet's Pizzeria!

With his brother John as a partner, Eugene opened the doors to Jett's Party Shoppe & Pizzeria in Sterling Heights, MI. They vowed to always serve pizza that's better and superior to all the rest available in the area and beyond.

This dedication is what made Jet's Pizza become one of the most popular independent pizza chains in the country. That one single shop turned into 400 locations nationwide, stamping the Jett name onto American pizza history.

Pizza Culture

Jett's pizza menu is quite vast, but there's one style that they're known for - Chi-Town, deep-dish pizza. Always fresh and always thick, their deep-dish pizza stirred quite a commotion back in '74 and still does so to this day!

At Jet's, the dough used is prepped daily, ingredients are sourced responsibly, and everything is as fresh as can be. They use vine-ripened tomatoes, Italian herbs and spices, and grate by hand the best mozzarella you can find.
