Origin Story
Guided by the love of pizza and a good beer, owner Brendan McManus opened Lucky Pie Pizza & Tap House in 2012. The original Lucky Pie restaurant in Louisville was established in the heart of Old Town Louisville.
It soon became a popular neighborhood spot where locals gather. With a friendly and warm atmosphere, Lucky Pie is a spacious restaurant, perfect for a family night out. Furthermore, it has a sunny patio and a lawn, perfect for al fresco dining.
Fresh Organic Produce
One of the main principles of Lucky Pie Pizza is using local, domestic, and seasonal produce with the highest quality. They respect local farmers and ranchers, therefore Lucky Pie’s menu changes with the season.
Moreover, during the summer, their produce comes from Isabelle farms in Lafayette, CO, Oxford Gardens in Boulder, CO, and from their own organic garden.
They use 100% grass-fed beef from Colorful Ranch in E. Denver, Colorado, eggs from Wisdom’s Natural Poultry in Haxtun, and pork from Cone Ranch in Julesburg, Colorado.

Lucky Pie Pizza serves organic thin crust pizza, made from organic Colorado flour. They use fresh dough made daily, hand-stretched, and topped with locally sourced ingredients. They make everything in-store, including their fresh mozzarella.
