If you're looking for a pizzeria with perfect Italian food, look no further than Pasquale's Pizza! Found across Florida's sunny south, Pasquale's Pizza has been a community staple for over 30 years. With excellent dishes and a friendly atmosphere, this generational pizzeria will meet all your expectations, if not exceed them.
You can find Pasquale's Pizza in Coral Springs, Pembrooke Pines, and Coconut Creek.
As many of these stories go, Pasquale's Pizza's origins, although officially noted to be starting in 1974, actually go all the way back. It all truly begins in 1960s New Jersey.
Geroge Sr. Marrone was 16 years old and working at a Jersey pizza joint. His mentor, Bruno Calandria was his guide. Taking him under his wing, Bruno taught George Sr. a lot. From pizza recipes to how to run a business, Bruno shaped young George Sr's mind into the one that, years later, would start the successful story we now call Pasquale's Pizzeria.
A decade (and change) later, in the iconic 1974, George Sr. and his wife opened the first Pasquale's Pizza restaurant in New Jersey. Down by the river, the restaurant was magnificent. Seating 40 guests, it became a quick success, thanks to Geroge's know-how, fresh ingredients, and traditional cooking. Ten years later, another Pasquale's Pizza was born in Jersey, producing a similar result.
Finally, we come to 1988. The Marrone family moves to Florida's developing Coral Springs and opens its first Sunny State location. This time, however, George Sr's sons join the family business.
Just like the Jersey restaurant, the Coral Springs Pasquale's Pizza is a quick success and through the years, builds up to be a great, family-owned, family-centered pizza chain meant for the true lovers of a good Italian pizza pie.
The name Pasquale's is an homage to grandpa Pasquale Marrone, George Sr's father. A sign of respect and a way to secure and honor a true family legacy, it’s something the pizzeria prides itself in.
Pasquale's Pizza, or Pasquale's & Sons Pizza Company, has quite a range of pies on its menu. Pledged to use only the freshest ingredients, signature dough, and family recipes, all their pies are a historical landmark of their own.
Because of the Jersey origins, you'll always be able to find a true New York-style pizza at Pasquale's, but also some excellent Sicilian pies as well. Square and round pies in various flavors are always freshly made and available. When the crust is in question, you can opt for a true thin crust, or a something a bit fluffier, for that genuine NY effect. The taste, however, is authentically Italian and irresistibly delicious.
Highlights among Pasquale's pizza menu would be the Sicilian Specialty Square Pizza and their classic cheese pizza.
Like any good Italian restaurant in America, Pasquale's doesn't only serve pizza. They also serve a variety of other tasty dishes..
You have your classic appetizers, tasty calzones and stromboli, amazing pasta dishes, and a whole range of hot and cold sub sandwiches. Out of all these dishes, the Cheesesteak sub, the Super sub, and the Eggplant Parm sub are definite fan favorites. When pasta is in question, some must-try options are the baked ziti, penne alla vodka, and anything with meatballs in the description. Trust us.
Pasquale's Pizza menu holds a lot of other things as well, so make sure to check their full selection before you order.
