Origin story
The story of Pietro’s pizza began in 1957 when Norm Kolln opened the first pizza parlor in Longview, Washington. It became a local’s favorite from the moment it opened.
Through the years the pizzeria changed owners a couple of times. However, in 2004, two longtime employees, Ken Bay and Ray David decided to give it a try!
The two learned the pizza craft from the founder himself. Over the years, they preserved Pietro’s tradition and serve the same famous thin pizza crust and pizza sauce that made the pizzeria Northwest favorite.
