Origin Story

When Rocco was young, he was always surrounded by his family's excellent cooking. Pizza and pasta were an every day occurrence. Born in The Bronx, Rocco was heavily influenced by the tastes he had at home, but also by those classic NYC flavors. After all, being from an international household is always a fun thing!

When he got qot little older, Rocco knew what he wanted to do with his life. His true dream was to open his own pizza place. This pizza place had to be a spot where he could explore both his culinary influences and truly master his own craft. And, that's exactly what he did.

Taking the deli and pizza business knowledge he gathered in NYC, Rocco moved to Nevada and opened his first pizzeria. The rest, as they say, is history.

Pizza Culture

Rocco's NY Pizza and Pasta is a true experimenter's heaven. The flavors on the menu, even though simple, are artisan and creative. The NYC in the pies can be detected in the crust, while the Italy is all in the toppings and sauces.
