When it comes to pizza, nothing tops New York, right? Well, if you'd like to try some of the pies in The Big Apple, then Singas Famous Pizza is THE place for you! We're a renowned pizza brand with a long history, that only offers outstanding food and service. There are several locations of ours across NYC, but you can also find us in New Jersey and North Carolina.

Origin Story

The original Singas Famous Pizza restaurant was opened in 1967 by Mr. and Mrs. Bill Singas in Elmhurst, New York.

That same year, Gregory Tsanis started to work at the pizzeria. He was born in Greece and lived there for 14 years before his family moved to the United States. Greg had a lot of influence from the way food is made in Greece, which he utilized as he was working with Bill Singas for a number of years.

Later, in 1977, Greg and his brother Chris bought the restaurant from Mr. Singas and became the new owners of Singas Famous Pizza. Things were going really well for them, and the requests for expanding the business poured in. At first, they opened a few new locations in the city, and in 2004 they even turned Singas Famous Pizza into a successful franchise.

Pizza Culture

We only use the freshest ingredients available to make all our food items. Hence, our hand-tossed pizzas come with toothsome toppings, and the sauce, dough, and crispy crust are as great as always.

Wondering what to try first? Well, you can never go wrong with our plain cheese pie featuring freshly shredded cheese and our unique sauce. But we also have a number of specialty options. These include classics such as our Vegetarian, Hawaiian, BBQ Chicken, and White pizza, to name a few.

Additionally, you can try something like our Special pie with beef, pepperoni, ham, sweet Italian sausage, mushrooms, black olives, onions, and more. Or perhaps go for our Greek, Eggplant, or Shrimp pizza which are all very interesting combinations.

Still, if you'd like to keep it simple, our Potatoes, Bacon, Tomato, Pesto, and Chicken pizza are the right choice for you.

The Menu

Besides scrumptious pies, there are plenty of other tasty dishes on the Singas Famous Pizza menu. Thus, you can start your meal with one of our side orders or salads. Specific items include our loaded fries, breaded mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders, Caesar salad, Italian salad, and others.

Next in line, we have to mention our great selection of burgers. These come in various sizes i.e. insane, mini, and regular. You can try our Cheesy burger, mini Philly cheesesteak, a classic Hamburger, and more. Or you can also grab one of our fresh sandwiches or wraps like our metaball or tuna melt sandwich, or the awesome Wild West wrap.

Furthermore, we offer great-tasting pasta dishes such as our baked ziti, cheese ravioli, pasta with Alfredo sauce, and then some.

Last but not least, you can finish your meal with one of our sweet desserts. We have several cakes, brownies, lemon bars, as well as an apple pie.
