Origin Story
The owner of The Garlic Knot is Keith Arnold. He grew up in New York where he used to work in several notable restaurants. In fact, his first job was in the Hamptons on Long Island. And he was only 12 at the time.
Later on, two of his childhood friends talked to him about opening a business in Denver. The idea was to bring authentic New York-style pizza to Colorado. And so Keith moved to Littleton. Keith is a real New Yorker, so he brought his recipes and restaurant experience to Colorado.
In the meantime, The Garlic Knot has expanded to a number of locations. And all the people working there are passionate about food. And they really care about the relationship with the community. In fact, they consider it the most important thing.
The Garlic Knot Culture
The people working at The Garlic Knot really enjoy making their food. And they have many loyal customers. In fact, oftentimes, the pizza chefs would see a person coming in and start preparing their food right away.

The Garlic Knot make their pies with premium cheeses, fresh pizza dough, and genuine old-world sauce. And the pizza-making process includes hand tossing, traditional dough stretching, and stone deck oven baking.
The Menu
The Garlic Knot menu includes a number of pies, starters, salads, pastas, entrees, desserts, drinks, calzones, hot heroes, and more.
We suggest the Carnegie Pie. It is a white pizza with chicken, broccoli, and garlic. Or you can try the Metropolitan with artichoke, mushroom, black olive, and Canadian bacon.
Another delicious pie is the Brooklyn Bridge. It is made with spinach, sun-dried tomato, black olive, and red onion. Or you can get the Little Italy with sliced tomato, garlic, basil, oil, and mozzarella.
Additionally, you can try the Alphabet City. It comes with pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, black olive, and extra cheese. Also, the mouthwatering Big Apple pizza which is a Veggie Supreme with mushroom, green pepper, red onion, black olive, tomato, garlic, and mozzarella.
From the calzones, we suggest the Combo Zone. It is made with sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, red onion, green pepper, black olive, mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta.
