Origin Story

Zino's Subs & Pizza was established back in 1996, and our pizzeria was a part of a liquor store in Ann Arbor. However, that store got closed in 2004 and so we transferred to our location in Livonia. Later on, we expanded even further, as marked by the opening of our restaurant in Madison Heights, in 2015.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best product and service possible. Thus, we only use the freshest ingredients available, as well as recipes that have been in our family for years.

Speaking of family, the story of Zino's Subs & Pizza revolves around Duane and his father. As a kid, Duane would sell pies with his dad in a pizzeria that was inside of an In & Out store. That's how he learned all about authentic Italian food and the rewards of hard work.

When Duane turned 19, he and his pop opened the first Zino's restaurant. And they have been offering irresistible pizzas to the community ever since.

Pizza Culture

There are a number of scrumptious pies on the Zino's Subs & Pizza menu. For a start, you can try our cheese pizza and even pick between a round, square deep-dish, or Chicago stuffed version. Or you can also create yours and select all the toppings that you prefer.

In addition, we offer numerous specialty options which are also available in the abovementioned versions. One great example is our Zino Deluxe pie with pepperoni, ham, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. Or how about our flavorsome Mambo Italiano pizza? This one comes with pepperoni, Italian sausage, hamburger, onion, banana pepper, and oregano.

Of course, we also have all the classic pies that everyone loves. These include our Meat Lover's, Hawaiian, and BBQ Chicken pizza, to name a few. Or you can get our flavorful Vegetarian pie with onions, green peppers, broccoli, sliced tomatoes, black olives, and mushrooms.

The Menu

In the mood for something other than pizza? Sure thing, Zino's menu features plenty of other tasty dishes. Hence, you can start your meal with one of our breads, salads, and side orders. Specific items include our mozzarella bread, Chef salad, onion rings, wings, and more.

What's more, you should check our selection of great-tasting calzones. These could be a great substitute for pizza and include options such as our BLT, Philly Cheesesteak, BBQ Chicken calzone, and then some.

And now, it's time to talk about one of the stars on our menu - our amazing submarines. These are all created on our homemade sub-buns, and we have numerous combinations to offer. You can get our Italian submarine, pizza, ham & cheese, Cuban, vegetarian, Zino Super submarine, and many more.

Last but not least, we have to mention our toothsome dinners and desserts. The latter includes our chocolate-baked cookie and double fudged brownie - both a great way to finish your meal.
