How does Slice Rewards work?

Every order in the Slice app with a subtotal of $15 or more earns you a Pizza Point. 8 Pizza Points gets you a free large cheese pizza, which you can redeem from any eligible shop on the Slice app.

How do I join Slice Rewards?

Slice gives local pizzerias the technology they need for easy online ordering and more. If you’ve ordered from a local shop through Slice you already have a Slice account and are automatically enrolled in the program. If you don’t currently have an account with Slice, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the program when you create one.

How do I start earning Pizza Points?

Once you are enrolled in the program, you can place an order on the Slice app at any eligible shop and will earn one ‘Pizza Point’ for each order with a subtotal of $15 or more.

What counts towards the $15 minimum in order to qualify for a reward?

Your subtotal must be $15 or higher. The subtotal amount is exclusive of taxes, the Support Local Fee, promotions, and delivery fees.

If I use a discount coupon code can I still earn a Pizza Point for that order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as the subtotal amount is $15 or more. For example, if your order subtotal is $15 and you use a $5 coupon for this order, you will still receive a point for that order.

How do I redeem my Pizza Points?

Accepted Answer

Once you’ve earned 8 Pizza Points, they’ll be automatically converted into a “Slice Rewards Pizza Credit”, which you’ll be able to redeem using the Slice app for one large cheese pizza from any eligible store through the Slice app. You may only redeem Pizza Points from a shop where you are already an existing customer. You’ll receive an email, and notification in your Slice app to let you know when you have qualified. To use the reward you will see a ‘Redeem’ button on your Slice Rewards tab in the app as well as when you place an order with the app.

Will I earn a Pizza Point on my redemption order?

No, you won’t earn a Pizza Point when you redeem your free pizza.

Where can I see my Pizza Points balance?

You can find your Pizza Points balance in the Rewards tab of the Slice app.

Can I use a promo code and redeem my reward?

You can’t redeem a Pizza Credit and use a discount code to the same order.

Question 11

Do I earn towards a second reward, if I haven’t redeemed my existing reward?

Accepted Answer

No, you won’t earn additional Pizza Points if you have an unredeemed Pizza Credit. You’ll only start earning pizza points towards your next Pizza Credit once you have redeemed your existing Pizza Credit.

Can I use my Pizza Credit for items other than pizza?

Your Pizza Credit can only be redeemed for a large cheese pizza.

Is there a minimum order amount to redeem my Pizza Points?

Orders to redeem Pizza Points must be at least $15 before applying your credit.

Is there an expiration date for my Pizza Points or Pizza Credit?

Your Pizza Points will expire after 6 months if you don’t make a qualifying order of $15 or above. Your Pizza Credit is valid for exactly 1 year from the date that you earned 8 Pizza Points.

Can I combine Pizza Points with friends or family on Slice for redemption?

No, you cannot combine Pizza Points.

Yes, you can customize your free large cheese pizza but normal additional charges will apply.

Can I opt out of the rewards program?

You can decide to opt out of the program at any time by reaching out to support@slicelife.com, through chat on the Slice app, or through SMS at 234-575-4237.

Why can’t I see my rewards status updated?

It may take up to 24 hours after a qualifying order for your Pizza Points balance to update. If your Pizza Point still hasn’t been added 24 hours after payment, please get in touch with our customer service team.

Where can I redeem my free pizza?

You can redeem your free pizza from any shop on the Slice app, as long as you have already ordered from that shop at least once.

Do I have to place all orders with the same restaurant to qualify?

No, any order on the Slice app with a subtotal of $15 or more from a qualifying store will qualify.

Does every order need to be a pizza to qualify?

No, anything you order on the menu counts towards the $15 subtotal that earns you a Pizza Point.

I’ve earned my 8 Pizza Points but can’t see any shops in my area where I can redeem my Pizza Credit.
