Every order in the Slice app with a subtotal of $15 or more earns you a Pizza Point. 8 Pizza Points gets you a free large cheese pizza, which you can redeem from any eligible shop on the Slice app.

Slice gives local pizzerias the technology they need for easy online ordering and more. If you’ve ordered from a local shop through Slice you already have a Slice account and are automatically enrolled in the program. If you don’t currently have an account with Slice, you’ll automatically be enrolled in the program when you create one.

Once you are enrolled in the program, you can place an order on the Slice app at any eligible shop and will earn one ‘Pizza Point’ for each order with a subtotal of $15 or more.

Your subtotal must be $15 or higher. The subtotal amount is exclusive of taxes, the Service Fee, promotions, and delivery fees.

Yes, as long as the subtotal amount is $15 or more. For example, if your order subtotal is $15 and you use a $5 coupon for this order, you will still receive a point for that order.

Once you’ve earned 8 Pizza Points, they’ll be automatically converted into a “Slice Rewards Pizza Credit”, which you’ll be able to redeem using the Slice app for one large cheese pizza from any eligible store through the Slice app. You may only redeem Pizza Points from a shop where you are already an existing customer. You’ll receive an email, and notification in your Slice app to let you know when you have qualified. To use the reward you will see a ‘Redeem’ button on your Slice Rewards tab in the app as well as when you place an order with the app.

No, you won’t earn a Pizza Point when you redeem your free pizza.

You can find your Pizza Points balance in the Rewards tab of the Slice app.

You can’t redeem a Pizza Credit and use a discount code to the same order.

No, you won’t earn additional Pizza Points if you have an unredeemed Pizza Credit. You’ll only start earning pizza points towards your next Pizza Credit once you have redeemed your existing Pizza Credit.

Your Pizza Credit can only be redeemed for a large cheese pizza.

Orders to redeem Pizza Points must be at least $15 before applying your credit.

Your Pizza Points will expire after 6 months if you don’t make a qualifying order of $15 or above. Your Pizza Credit is valid for exactly 1 year from the date that you earned 8 Pizza Points.

No, you cannot combine Pizza Points.

Yes, you can customize your free large cheese pizza but normal additional charges will apply.

You can decide to opt out of the program at any time by reaching out to support@slicelife.com, through chat on the Slice app, or through SMS at 234-575-4237.

It may take up to 24 hours after a qualifying order for your Pizza Points balance to update. If your Pizza Point still hasn’t been added 24 hours after payment, please get in touch with our customer service team.

You can redeem your free pizza from any shop on the Slice app, as long as you have already ordered from that shop at least once.

No, any order on the Slice app with a subtotal of $15 or more from a qualifying store will qualify.

No, anything you order on the menu counts towards the $15 subtotal that earns you a Pizza Point.
