If there's one pizza Corona has become known for then it has to be the one that's named for the state and that's California-style pizza. It's a type of pizza that, unless you're a particularly discerning pie eater, is hard to tell apart from a traditional Italian thick crust. It has the same general appearance and the same aroma of toasted bread and melted cheese when baked, but does have a couple of slight variations.
To be an authentic California-style pizza it should be baked in a wood-fired oven. The dough is usually thinner by a few millimeters too, but will still have a crusty, bubbled-up edge if the pizza chef knows his trade well enough. The use of tomato sauce is minimal, the cheese has to be a good quality buffalo mozzarella, and toppings, if and when added, are often gourmet combinations invented by the pizza chefs themselves.

Fuze's pizzas are as classy as their premises and baked in a huge brick oven for extra authenticity. As well as making traditional type pizza with toppings like parma ham and mozzarella they create fusion pies that are as diverse as Paneer Tikka and Lebanese.
