It was ok. I wouldn’t get the meatballs again. Maybe Italian sausage. Asked for pizza to be cut into squares when ordering through the app but when I picked up the pizza it was sliced normally. I wanted it in squares for a reason (kids)

I ordered online at 2pm, email confirmation said it would be ready at 6p. When I got there I was told they had to make it because I ordered at 2pm and they didn't get the notification. I was very confused. At 6:15 was told it would be 15min, we had an event we had to be at by 7pm, a little stressful.

We used to go here years ago & loved the alfredo chicken pizza so much I would have to drive it home in the back of my truck it smelled so good. but it got dryer & dryer & dryer no matter how many times I told them about it. Noone would answer phone today so we ordered on line , & explained about dry b4 so add more. Got there & no separate line for pick up already paid for so I moved in front since I didn't have time & needed this for a funeral, girl couldn't find it then talked like a mouse in a loud eattery & wouldn't speak up, she looked on her phone & found order?! I checked it & was dry as a bone so I asked for more alfrado sauce & she brought back ranch! I came back in to explain & got a tiny sorry, then nothing ! no hey pizza man need more sauce workers didn't help her & she wasn't going to fix the problem by telling them! We limit our pizzas to about 4 a year now but how many times do you have to tell them to fix right, read the notes, I didnt see a lot of chicken like it used to have on & it used to have more garlic? we did add bacon this time but everything was microscopic so I thought she gave me the wrong pizzas at 1st so this is a fantastic pizza but the people are screwing it up. It makes for such a disapointing you don't want to go back & do the same experience again even though you love it! The pizza itself would get 6 out of 5 stars on its own. They also need a faster pick up service for those that paid online & not wait in line again! Which at that point she was starting to answer the phone & ask them to hold which was more than I got when I called. This is a good pizza place but needs some better management & employees that can multitask to help out a bit. Most times people wouldn't be in a rush for a funeral like us that couldn't call it in because of no answer then slow pick up etc so If u have time to wait or eat there you can have sauce fixed etc. This is a splurge for us now & has to be right! Also got another mesg saying they were busier than normal I got there when they just opened & said it would be another 10 mins which made us late to funeral area! Otherwise I love them ! Thanks
