The online message regarding pick up time does not communicate with the restaurant itself. The one poor guy working there was backed up even though the online messages said the order was ready. The owners also have to be aware of potentially busier times, like a basketball playoff night and get some help for him. The food was fine and the cook was polite but there was too much for him and the delivery person to handle. And somehow the message online has to communicate with the restaurant.
