I ordered 4 pizzas and they were way over cooked. Only solution was to offer a $20 credit for next time, what's the point in order next time if they won't fix the issue from today! I have been a loyal customer for years and this was the first time we have had an issue with the food. Definitely don't feel like they care if you spend $100 on an order a few times a month.Jessica H. • 9/20/2026

Last 3 times, I did not receive sour cream and Salsa with my nachoes and there is no consistency with meat and toppings. 1 time, barely any meat, next time barely any veg, another super dry chips limited cheese sauce. I have had 30 orders of nachoes by now. the inconsistencies need to stop.Samantha C. • 9/28/2026
