My fries were hard, burnt and dry. There was no way to reach anyone at the store. The calls go straight to a call center. No one followed up.Tameeka M. • 10/2/2026Cafe Sitaly

The delivery driver told me that someone tried to call about there not being a cheeseburger being sent from the order. I have no record of the call. Otherwise, everything turned out great.Peter D. • 5/1/2026

I answered that I'd heard about Cafe Riviera on Social Media. Actually, I'd rad in the News Journal of the impending demo of Concord Mall and decided to give the restaurant a try - very glad that I did! Had the Philly Cheesesteak pizza - the Blue Hen will be next. Onion rings were great, we'll try the fried calimari next time.Verified Slice Customer • 10/16/2026
