Falco's Pizza Burr Ridge

"SLICE" APP...easy to use but a horrible name. Why do you mention Slice in your receipt when I ordered from Falco's???? I ordered on-line and got a much appreciated receipt... but the receipt text said your slice order will be ready for pick-up at 6:00. I panicked I thought I ordered a whole pizza not a slice...maybe I hit the wrong on-line order size box. I had to call back and wait much too long on hold to reconfirm my order... disappointing... They told me slice was the name of the app. I understood and asked if that happens often... she says "very often"... I guess I ordered from Falco's and was confused when I saw the name SLICE.
