I don't want to complain about the delivery time because I've worked in the food industry and understand that sometimes things happen and restaurants get busy. I am going to say that we didn't get our food until 30 minutes after the ETA tonight. We were also missing a few items. I ordered 2 orders of cookies and only received one. I ordered pasta which should come with a salad and it didn't. This is the second delivery in a row where I didn't get my salad. I didn't complain last time because stuff happens and it's not a big deal. But twice now? Come on. We also didn't get the lemon in the calamari. This is all after I had a 3 dollar upcharge added to my ticket after placing my order and I don't even know what it was for. I wouldn't mind it if I ordered something the wrong way and it needed to be changed, but it only says "item added". For what. We order food from here often and love it. I really don't like to complain, but I feel like I have to point these things out because they are things that I paid for and didn't receive.Macy M. • 8/19/2026
