the pizza was hard to bite into the crust felt like a rock under the cheese and toppings the pizza dough was over cooked it was a brownish black color so it looked burnt and honest the pepperoni was burnt and it did not taste good and it was missing ham it was supposed to be ham and pepperoni but they just did pepperoni and cheese light sauce was the only thing perfect on the pizza the rest of it was not what you would expect from a pizza place kinda mad but the price wasn't to bad so all I can say is I want my money back only for the pizza because the cheesebread was the only full perfect item would definitely get there cheese bread again the pizza I don't know but this was my first time ordering from Big Al's and I hope they can make it rightrobert H. • 1/29/2026
