Normally the food is great, but today the pinwheel was burnt. This has happened in the past and I actually stopped ordering for a while because it’s not even edible it’s so burnt and it happened a lot. Today it happened again and that makes me upset as yBibiana R. • 10/18/2026Via Roma Pizza

Pizza delivered was wrong. I ordered a plain marinara pie no cheese due to my husband's dairy allergies. Delivered a pizza with pepperoni, peppers, mushrooms and onions instead. Nadir the manager yelled at me on the phone when i called to resolve. He did not fix the problem until I drove the pizza back to the store and he gave me the plain marinara pie I ordered. this time he did not yell as there were other customers in the store when I arrived. This is not how you treat a customer who has patronized Via Roma for 7 years. I've placed this order many times before due to my husband's dairy allergy. taking my business elsewhere. no reason to yell at your loyal customers.Beth S. • 4/11/2026

Consistently great pizza! Amazing Grandma style pizza with a crispy crust and delicious sauce. The regular pizzas are also always fantastic. This shop is our go-to for quality, standard, NY pizza.Michael M. • 10/2/2026
