I am a New York City pizza savant for 53 years. I can personally say the crust is my only low grade but not by much, the sauce is excellent example of a delicious Italian marinara, that pairs very well with a French or Italian wine. The cheese excellent favor and is not overly OLD as some places would provide. I love that this beautiful pizza parlor has a wonderful sauce to cheese ratio with a wonderful crust, just shy of the old school New York City crust that I grew up but still beautifully designed and very delicious. I would rate them a 8.5 because still a good crust is everything.
