I was notified that the store was busy so o waited 30 minutes and walked there. It was empty. My sandwich was cold, my fried items hadn’t been cooked. They made 2 walk-in orders before starting my 2nd item. Everything tasted gross, I threw it all out.Melissa L. • 4/19/2026

Didn’t make my food until I came in. I waited for them to make it then walked in and got put in the back of the line. Why even have online ordering if you are ignoring it and are not making the orders?Jair H. • 9/7/2026Taste Of Delicatessen
