All items in my order were well prepared and delicious (!), however it was only after I reached the restaurant that I found out that they were “out of” the veal entree which I had ordered. They had unsuccessfully tried to contact me (while I was enroute), but they graciously granted my request for a substitution when I arrived. Perhaps update the online ordering menu when items are not available before or during the online ordering process? More importantly, adjust and optimize (increase) the on-hand stock of your veal. The lack of veal multiple times in the past is what frustrated my patronage previously. I’ve held off going to the restaurant for quite some time because of this and thought I would give it another chance, only to find that the “out of veal” issue still persists. This could be a lucrative draw for customers in that not many “good-food-fast” places in the region carry this entree item, provided that availability is dependable.
