At SeaQuake we focus on small batch, high-quality handmade pizza. All of our pizzas are cooked in our Mugnian brick oven.

Classico Veglio Pizza

Our homemade crust brushed with a rosemary garlic butter sauce. Followed by a thin layer of ricotta and rumiano danish mozzarella, covered with fresh prosciutto and arugula. Finished with a balsamic reduction sauce and parmesan flakes on top.


The Paniolo Pizza

Aka, Hawaiian, cowboy. Savory BBQ sauce topped with Rumiano's smoked mozzarella cheese pulled pork and onions. Pineapple crowns the pizza to add a sweet and juicy touch.


The Jobiano Pizza

A creamy ranch sauce is topped with chicken and blend of cheeses, to really spice it up, we finished this pizza with a healthy dose of Rumiano's specialty mango Habanero jack cheese, fresh tomatoes, and bacon.


Italian Sausage & Caramelized Onions Pizza

This pie is stared with our special garlic cream sauce. It is then topped with sausage, caramelized onions & Humboldt fog goat cheese.


Chicken Bacon & Artichoke Pizza

Smooth garlic cream sauce topped with grilled chicken bacon artichoke hearts and a blend of Rumiano cheese.


Pepperoni Pizza

No messing around with this one. Just pepperoni our house made red sauce and delicious locally made Rumaino cheeses.


Cremini Mushroom & Herb Pizza

Cremini mushrooms, Havarti cheese and fresh herbs come together to create a taste that is out of this world.


The Quakerita Pizza

The Seaqauake spin on the pizza Margherita. This pizza is simply in the course of the Italian flag, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella and a traditional San Marzano tomato sauce.


La Carne Pizza

Seaqauake's hearty all meat pie comes topped with sausage pepperoni salami and bacon.

Calamari Strips

Calamari strips tossed in a spiced panko and deep fried golden brown. They are served with our house made the coctail or tartar sauce.


Parmesan Fries

Our fresh handmade French fries tossed with parmesan cheese, parsley, and kosher salt. Served with a sun-dried tomato and blue cheese cream dip.

Fresh cut tortilla chips, topped with our drunken chicken. Rumiano's Monterey jack cheese and fresh pico de gallo.

Roma Crunch Wedgie Salad

SeaQuake Specialties
At SeaQuake we use local and fresh ingredients whenever possible. Our beef comes from oat Hill organic beef in Smith River. Our buns are baked in Brookings at the bakery by the Sea and our cheese is made right here in the downtown crescent city by Rumiano

The 9.2 Burger

Locally raised Oat hill organic beef on a brioche bun from Bakery bu the sea in Brookings. This burger comes with our housemade bacon jam, lettuce tomato cheddar cheese, and our mayo.


Galaxy Pulled Pork Sandwich

Our house pulled pork tossed in our homemade BBQ sauce, topped with tangy cabbage slaw, hop mayo and served on a soft brioche bun. The perfect balance of tangy spicy and sweet.

Tender chicken breast sauteed with onions, mushrooms and artichoke hearts in a brandy cream sauce. Served with Jasmine rice and sauteed vegetables.


Subduction Zone Slider

Local OatHill organic beef is seasoned and grilled to perfection. Topped with a luxurious bacon onion crumble caramelized in SeaQuake stout, and a zesty jalapeno cream cheese. Finished in toasted brioche buns.


SeaQuake Macaroni & Cheese

A SeaQaueke twist on the classic macaroni and cheese. A hearty helping of pasta is blended in luxurious sharp cheddar and Gruyere cream sauce and tossed with thick cut bacon. Topped with parmesan crumble.

The locally caught snapper is seasoned with crushed garlic and saute in olive oil, cherry tomatoes and Rumiano butter. This dish is served over Jasmine rice.

Penne pasta tossed in our marinara sauce and sauteed fresh vegetables.

Mini corn tortillas loaded with chicken that has been marinated in our own SeaQuake Citra IPA adobo sauce and topped with fresh Pico de Galo cabbage slaw.

Sweet Sybil's Yukon Veggie Wrap

A saute of onions, red bell peppers, garlic, diced tomatoes, Yukon gold potatoes, and sweet potatoes on a lettuce wrap. Drizzled with peanut sauce, topped with toasted white and black sesame seeds, crispy rice noodles, and green onions. Vegan.


Veggie Seastack

We build a stack of roasted red onions, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, yellow squash, zucchini and mushrooms on a portabella mushroom cap. It is served over marinara sauce with a dollop of almond ricotta. Vegan

Mam's Spicy Roasted Vegetable Fettucine

Freshly roasted vegetable medley, spicy marinara sauce tossed with gluten-free fettuccine nest pasta. Vegetarian.



Double Chocolate Quake Sundae

Brownies and vanilla bean ice cream are layered with chocolate sauce and our Stout Caramel sauce with homemade whipped cream, topped with candied walnuts.


Caramel Stout Sundae
