Serving of 4 deep-fried, crunchy, breaded croquettes with a warm heart of mixed vegetables, grated Parmigiano Reggiano, and a touch of garlic. We add our homemade black truffle dipping sauce to make the experience even more unforgettable. Vegetarian
We layer slices of eggplant, creamy melted mozzarella cheese, and San Marzano tomato sauce and we top it up with grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Warm it up for 2 minutes in the oven if you want the extra crispiness.
We serve you the daily need of carbs with our homemade mezzemaniche pasta in San Marzano tomato sauce and we top them with our favorite way to have protein: a tasty breaded and fried chicken breast. The dish is complete with the add of melted mozzarella cheese and basil.
Lamb Ragù Risotto
Try our saffron risotto served with a lovely 6-hour slow-braised lamb. All topped up with a mouthwatering Barolo reduction and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano.
