A base of mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce topped off with every kind of meat we have in the kitchen: pepperoni, Italian sausage, pork sausage, ham, salami, and crispy bacon.
Welcome to cattle country! You can’t even think about leaving without having steak in some form, so here’s your chance. Tomato sauce and mozzarella topped with grilled and sliced medium-rare beef steak, balsamic red onions, shaved parmesan, green onions, crispy mushroom chips and a drizzle of peppercorn cream and steak sauces. Come and get it!
A spread of basil pesto topped with mozzarella, parmesan cheese, fontina cheese, and goat cheese are baked until it’s bubbly golden brown and crispy, then topped off with a mix of baby tomatoes, shaved basil and balsamic.

Sweet fig preserves, olive oil & a blend of cheeses are baked onto our crispy pizza crust before being topped with lots of thinly shaved prosciutto & fresh wild arugula after it comes out of the oven.
Potato & Leek Pizza$1300+
Thinly-sliced potatoes & extra virgin olive oil go right on top of the pizza dough before being topped with seasoned ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese melted leeks. After a jig in our wood-fired oven, a dusting of lemon parmesan gremolata & crispy chopped bacon tops it off.

Not exactly knots, more like bites maybe, but definitely not something you are going to want to pass up. A not too small pile of little bites of pizza dough fried to pillowlike perfection, tossed in creamy parmesan garlic butter made with not one, but two kinds of garlic. Not half bad!
Sometimes I think garlic is the most important part of a caesar salad. Other times I think it’s the cheese. Then I always end up realizing that the most important part is that I get to eat it! Traditional garlic and parmesan caesar dressing & lots of finely shaved cheese blanketed over crisp romaine lettuce, topped off with garlic knots in place of boring old croutons.
