How do I sign up?
Have your Slice and Square account logins handy. (If you’re new to Slice or forgot your login, get started by visiting Slicelife.com/Owners.) Next, contact your Slice Account Manager. They’ll guide you through connecting the accounts. There are also instructions in the Operation section of SliceLink.
How long does the integration take to set up?
About 15 minutes. Your Account Manager activates the integration, then you complete the remaining set up steps in SliceLink. Once you successfully receive your test order from Slice, you’re good to go.
How do I adjust an order, change an ETA or 86 an item when using the Square integration?
To adjust an order or change an ETA, contact Slice. To 86 an item, edit your menu in Slicelink.
Can I continue to receive Slice order confirmation calls?
Of course! Your Slice Account Manager is more than happy to set this up.
How do I setup notifications and ticket printing?
