Origin Story

The story of this Italian American restaurant chain begins in 1985. Joe Croce and Mike Cole opened the doors of the first-ever Cicis in Plano, Texas. Armed with the knowledge in making super-tasty pizza and a plan to create fun, family-friendly, affordable restaurants for all - they kicked off! And boy, did they get far!
