We're one of the most popular pizza places in the state and we have a few locations opened. Here, you can expect to find tons of delicious food, service par excellence, as well as a wonderful atmosphere.

Origin Story

The first Mad Greek Restaurant was opened in Bristol, Tennessee back in 1988. The owners, Georgia and Achilleas Georgiou moved here from Greece and they wanted to provide all pizza lovers in the neighborhood with some amazing food.

And what started with a smaller menu, has over the years turned into a huge selection of various dishes including Greek and Italian delicacies.

Wondering how we got our name? Well, when Georgia first suggested the opening of a Greek restaurant, Achilleas wasn't a big fan of the idea. So, the name comes from that.

In 2014, because of popular demand, we opened our second restaurant with a location in Johnson City. Later on, in 2017, we also opened our third location and this one is in Kingsport.

With that being said, we joyfully invite you to visit one of our restaurants in Tennessee. Trust us, you're in for a memorable dining experience.

Pizza Culture

As mentioned earlier, our menu is extensive, but we can start things off with our selection of scrumptious pizzas. You can try our classic cheese pie or even create yours and pick the toppings you like.

In addition, we offer options such as our Hawaiian and Greek pizza. The latter comes with Gyro meat, fresh tomatoes, sautéed onions, Kalamata olives, feta, and mozzarella. Or you can also get our Mad Veggie, White, and BBQ chicken pie, to name a few.

But hey, that's not all! We also serve gluten-free versions of our pizzas. So for example, you can try our gluten-free Zeus pie with ham, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, onions, and mozzarella. What's more, we have an awesome House Special. This is a large pizza with up to two toppings.

The Menu

Besides flavorsome pizza, we also offer numerous tasty dishes that include Italian and Greek flavors.

For a start, you can pair your meal with some of our fresh appetizers. One great example is our Meatball Marinara, as well as our Avocado Eggrolls. Or you can also try some of our fresh salads. We have classic options such as our Caesar and Greek salad, but our Strawberry Pecan and Organic Spring Mix salad are amazing, too.
