Origin Story

The original Papa Ray's Pizza & Wings was opened in 2010 by George and John Rayyan.

These two brothers grew up in Niles, Illinois, and they became passionate about making food even at a young age. Later on, they partnered up with a popular pizzeria where they learned a lot about the whole pizza business.

With enough experience under their belts, George and John decided to open their own restaurant. They named it Papa Ray's after their father, Ray. This proved to be a great idea, as our pizza place quickly became a staple in the community.

See, our approach isn't just offering delicious food made with the freshest ingredients available, but we also care a lot for our customers. This means providing excellent service, a friendly atmosphere, and accommodating their needs. Plus, we do this on a consistent basis so that you can get the same satisfactory experience every time you dine here.
