Two easy ways to keep customers

Make sure your store hours are accurate, and pause customer orders instead of cancelling them. We'll show you how on the SliceOS tablet.

Q: How do you update your business hours?

  1. Select “Accepting New Orders” in the upper left corner

  2. Hit the pencil for whichever service you’d like to update

  3. Update your “Start” and “End” hours

Q: How do you pause incoming orders?

  1. Select “Accepting New Orders” in the upper left corner

  2. Toggle “Open” to “Paused” on either or both of your services

Please note that orders will remain on pause until the start of the next business day if you don’t toggle back to “Open."

Q: How do you start receiving orders again?

If both pickup and delivery orders are paused:

  1. Tap “Not Accepting New Orders” in the upper left corner

  2. Toggle “Paused” to “Open” on either or both of your services
