Jetmir Kacic has been in the pizza business since 2008. When he opened his Keyport, NJ shop, Italian Touch two years ago, his goal was simple — to be the best pizza shop in the neighborhood.

THE CHALLENGE: ATTRACT NEW CUSTOMERS

Jetmir knew he needed to attract more customers to become known as a local favorite, but had no idea where to begin with marketing. How much should he be spending on advertising? What actually worked? In addition to not having the answers, he simply didn’t have the time to figure it out.

Jetmir had been counting on Slice’s ordering technology, but saw the benefit of our customized, marketing services and squad of experts. After receiving his self-nomination, we also saw the potential and got Italian Touch started on the program. While Jetmir continued focusing on making outstanding food, our team got to work on designing, launching, and tracking a series of targeted marketing initiatives to attract new customers.
We first launched targeted digital advertising on Google, Facebook, and Instagram to drive brand awareness and online sales. We then shifted our focus to direct mail, determining the optimal delivery zone for mailers and a system for tracking promo codes.
