Origin Story

Even though Napoli on the Bay has several locations now, that wasn't always the case. Back in 1986, there was only one, located on, you guessed it, Naples Bay! It was the great uncle of current owner Tony Brito who founded the now-chain pizzeria. Using original recipes crafted in Calabria, Italy almost 70 years ago, he set the foundation and standard upon which Napoli on the Bay still stands today.

Brito's father was next in line to run the pizzeria and began its expansion through Naples. Finally, when Tony's time came - he was prepared. Watching his dad perfect the cooking and expand the business taught him a lot, but also gave him fresh ideas.

Following in his footsteps, Tony is still holding the original values close to heart and continues to broaden the horizons for this generational Italian restaurant.
