Origin Story

Our story goes back to 1991 when the original Pier 49 Pizza restaurant was opened.

Since the beginning, our goal has remained the same - to provide our customers with irresistible pizzas and a friendly atmosphere.

The Pier 49 Pizza menu features a great variety of mouthwatering pies. For a start, you can try our classic or gluten-free cheese pizza, or even create yours and pick the toppings you prefer.

In addition, we serve numerous specialty combinations, many of which are named after a San Francisco landmark.

Two very popular choices are our 49ER and Ghirardelli pie. The former comes with thick-cut slices of pepperoni (more than 100 if you go for the Jumbo size). As for the latter, we make it with smoked ham, Dole pineapple, and either our zesty tomato or creamy Alfredo sauce.
