Origin Story
The first Round Table Pizza was opened by Bill Larson in 1956. And it was located in Menlo Park, California. Bill’s goal was to open a restaurant where people could share a pizza with someone they love. Moreover, he wanted to use high-quality ingredients and well-established recipes.
The result? Baking hand-crafted pies that are worth sharing!
Today, the brand keeps Bill’s legacy alive. They use only the best ingredients and plenty of his original recipes. And they have refreshed the brand look. This includes the logo and interior design.
The new design takes the brand’s history into account. So, the restaurants combine modernity with medieval. And what you get is a contemporary dining experience for you and your close ones to enjoy together!

In fact, the brand name is a reference to the Knights of the Round Table. The idea is that they never compromise when it comes to doing good for the people they serve.
In terms of their ingredients, we have to mention the cheese. It’s a blend of 80% whole-milk mozzarella, 10% provolone, and 10% aged cheddar. And all their cheeses use a microbial enzyme.
