Served on an Alta Mira Sourdough Muffin and topped with pickled onions and peppers, our Edamame Calamansi Green Goddess, and tomato. *We use a house-made pork belly and beef longanisa patty that is marinated with red beet juice, pineapple juice, garlic and other savory seasonings. The beet juice gives the meat a deep red coloring that doesn't brown even when fully cooked. We use beet juice to give the sausage patty the red color that mimics traditional Filipino Longanisa (which often uses artificial coloring).
