Mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. Our gluten-free pizza crusts are made off-site and contain no gluten or wheat flour. However, our pizzas are not made and baked in a gluten-free environment. Trace amounts of gluten may be present in the final product due to flour dust in the kitchen. Every precaution is taken to lessen the risk of cross contamination.
