    The deep dish is our own style of Chicago deep dish, made in a cast-iron pan. Please allow 45 minutes to cook the double dough New York style is a traditional hand-stretched pizza.

    The Pasta
    For some pasta we use our hands, for others stamps or paddles, even forks & guitar strings, for the rest we use an arcobaleno aex18 extruder, but there is one thing in common, all pasta is made in-house & listed by their shape. All served with garlic knot

    The name linguini means "little tongues" it is a long flat noodle, artichoke, spinach, lemon cream sauce.
