Master Class Series With Chef Keenan- With Take Home Meal Included
Join award-winning Chef Keenan Langlois for a master cooking class series that meets one Sunday morning a month 9am-11am for six weeks starting February 16, though you are welcome to join at any time! We will provide breakfast and a take-home container for the meal that you cook. You can just wake up and go! We'll provide everything you need to use at your cooking station. Chef Keenan is a classically French-trained chef who attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, where he mastered his skills in a variety of dishes. He has taught inside Williams and Sonoma at the Prudential Center in Boston, wowing guests with his finely tuned dishes. Chef Keenan's recipes are not only delicious but also healthy, as he uses only the freshest ingredients! With rave reviews from the harshest pizza critics, you can guarantee you'll learn valuable tips to add some pizzazz to your home-cooked meals. In this series, you will learn how to prepare a variety of dishes, including; Soups & Stocks, Pasta, Family Style Entrée, Pizza, French Picnic and BBQ. Each class will be hands-on, and you will work side by side in our industrial kitchen with Chef Keenan to prepare the dishes. You will also have the opportunity to ask Chef Keenan questions about the recipes and techniques he uses throughout the class.
