Shrimp Fra Diavlo

Sautéed shrimp in a spicy plum marinara sauce



A combination of chopped spinach, ricotta and romano cheese, egg, cauliflower and potato. Rolled, baked and served with a marinara or alfredo sauce.

Sauteed in a spicy marinara sauce.


Tenderloin Tidbits

Sauteed in a seasoned demi-glaze sauce.


Sauteed Artichoke Hearts

Sauteed in garlic butter and herbed vegetable stock with zucchini, tomatoes and gorgonzola cheese.

This is not deep-fried calamari. Sauteed with extra virgin olive oil, diced tomatoes, garlic, and a unique blend of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauces.

Slow cooked meat sauce served over fettuccini

Mushrooms, onions, sweet red peppers, zucchini, broccoli, yellow squash and spinach served over angel hair in a light plum tomato sauce.



Ricotta cheese filled ravioli cooked in our marinara sauce.


Fettuccini Alfredo

A sauce of cream, butter, egg yolk, nutmeg, and romano cheese.


Chicken Cancellara

The city in italy where grandpa marro was born) roasted half chicken seasoned with garlic, lemon and rosemary, served with vegetables and roasted potatoes.


Chicken Basil

Strips of chicken breast tossed with sweet red peppers, fresh basil, spinach and mushrooms. Sautéed in garlic and olive oil, de-glazed with white wine, served over angel hair pasta.


Chicken Parmagiana

Chicken breast lightly breaded and baked, simmered in our marinara sauce covered with mozzarella cheese. Served with pasta.


Encrusted Filet Mignon

An eight-ounce filet encrusted in a seasoned Gorgonzola bread crumb mixture, with vegetables.



Sliced round steak rolled and stuffed with bacon, parsley, romano cheese and garlic, seared then slowly cooked (five hours) in our marinara sauce.
