Tomato Pizza (Aka Sfincione)

Tomato pie. This thick room temperature treat is popular in northern Italy and Philadelphia. It has a tasty tomato sauce and is topped lightly with pecorino romano cheese on a seasoned foccacia. This pizza is eaten normally at room temperature. It is 18×13.

Focaccia Pizza

This crust is made of thin focaccia bread. An Italian savory dough ½” to 1″ thick with a light crust on the top and bottom. You will want to dip it in our lovely olive oil This is a 16 inch pizza.

Pan Pizza

This is a thicker crust with a light bottom crunch and comes from the Calabria Region of Italy.

7 Cheese White Pizza
